Ahadiths Collection 1

HADITH #1
To overcome evil with good is good, to resist evil by evil is evil. (Prophet Muhammad PBUH)

HADITH #2
May Allah's mercy be on him who is lenient in his buying, selling, and in demanding back his money. (Bukhari) (Prophet Muhammad PBUH)

HADITH #3
A time will come when one will not care how one gains ones money, legally or illegally. (Bukhari) (Prophet Muhammad PBUH)

HADITH #4
He who died knowing (fully well) that there is no god but Allah entered paradise. (Muslim) (Prophet Muhammad PBUH)

HADITH #5
Do not urge somebody to return what he has already bought (i.e. in optional sale) from other seller so as to sell him your own goods. (Bukhari) (Prophet Muhammad PBUH)

HADITH #6
Try to earn a lawful livelihood is (also) an obligation like the other obligations (in Islam). (Baihaqi) (Prophet Muhammad PBUH)

HADITH #7
He who buys food stuff should not sell it till he is satisfied with the measure with which he has bought it.(Bukhari) (Prophet Muhammad PBUH)


HADITH #8
Allah's Prophet (PBUH) said: "One who cuts ties of relationship will not enter paradise." (Bukhari, Muslim).

HADITH #9
Allah's Prophet (PBUH) said: "If anyone amasses wealth through haram means and then gives charity from it, there is no regard for him and the burden of sins remains.

HADITH #10
He who throws himself from a mountain and kills himself will be thrown down in the fire of hell and remain in it for ever and ever; he who sips poison and kills himself will have his poison in his hand will sip it for ever and ever in the fire of hell. (Bukhari, Muslim) (Prophet Muhammad PBUH)

HADITH #11
The major sins are, associating other objects of worship with God, disobedience to parents, murder, and deliberate perjury. (Bukhari, Muslim) (Prophet Muhammad PBUH)

HADITH #12
The Prophet (PBUH) never expressed disapproval of food; if he desired it he ate it and if he disliked it he left it alone. (Bukhari, Muslim)

HADITH #13
Allah's Prophet (PBUH) said: "The best of the property is a remembering tongue (about Allah), and a grateful heart and a believing wife who helps him in his faith." (Ibn Majah)

HADITH #14
Allah's Prophet (PBUH) said: "Whoever eats or drinks from gold or silver utensils, is indeed filling his stomach with the fire of hell." (Muslim)
HADITH #15
Allah's Prophet (PBUH) said: "If you can afford it, it is befitting that you wear garments other than your working clothes to Friday prayer." (Abu Dawud)

HADITH #16
Allah's Prophet (PBUH) said: "Anyone who has been nourished with what is unlawful will not enter paradise.

HADITH #17
Allah's Prophet (PBUH) said:"If anyone guarantees me that he will not beg from people, I will guarantee him paradise."

HADITH #18
The truthful and trusty merchant is associated with the prophets, the upright and the martyrs.(Tirmidhi) (Prophet Muhammad PBUH)

HADITH #19
The word of wisdom is the lost property of the believer, so wherever he finds it he has a better right to it.(Tirmidhi) (Prophet Muhammad PBUH)

HADITH #20
Allah's Prophet (PBUH) said: "He is not believer one who eats his fill when the neighbour beside him is hungry."

HADITH #21
Allah's Prophet (PBUH) said: "None of you believes till I am dearer to him than his father, his child and all mankind." (Bukhari, Muslim)

HADITH #22
Allah's Prophet (PBUH) said: "The one who would have the worst position in God's sight on the Day of Resurrection would be a learned man who did not profit from his learning."

HADITH #23
There are three signs of a hypocrite: when he speaks he speaks lies, when he makes a promise he breaks it, and when he is trusted he betrays his trust. (Bukhari) (Prophet Muhammad PBUH)

HADITH #24
Allah's Prophet (PBUH) said:"Mention God's name, eat with your right hand and eat what is nearest to you." (Bukhari, Muslim)

HADITH #25
Eat together and not separately, for the blessings is associated with the company. (Ibn Majah) (Prophet Muhammad PBUH)

HADITH #26
A man who harms any Muslim and deceives him, is accursed. (Tirmidhi) (Prophet Muhammad PBUH)

HADITH #27
Allah's Prophet (PBUH) said: "A time will come when people will devour usury, calling it 'trade.'" (Bukhari, Muslim).

HADITH #28
Allah's Prophet (PBUH) said: "It is part of the Sunna that a man should accompany his guest to the door of the house." (Ibn Majah)

HADITH #29
Allah's Prophet (PBUH) said: "Do not eulogize me as the Christians eulogized the son of Mary, I am just His servant, so say, 'God's servant and His messenger'." (Bukhari, Muslim)

HADITH #30
Reviling a Muslim is disobedience to God, and fighting with him is infidelity. (Bukhari, Muslim) (Prophet Muhammad PBUH)

HADITH #31
Allah's Prophet (PBUH) said:".The son of Adam becomes decrepit, but two things remain young in him: avidity for property and avidity for life." (Bukhari, Muslim)

HADITH #32
He does not belong to us who does not show mercy to our young ones and respect to our old ones, who does not recommend what is reputable and prohibit what is disreputable. (Tirmidhi) (Prophet Muhammad PBUH)

HADITH #33
People who sit remembering God have the angels surrounding them, mercy covering them and peace descending on them. (Muslim) (Prophet Muhammad PBUH)

HADITH #34
Allah's Prophet (PBUH) said: "You have two characters which God likes; gentleness and deliberation." (Muslim)

HADITH #35
Allah's Prophet (PBUH) said: "Two hungry wolves do not do so much havoc to a flock of sheep as greed and desire do to one's religion." (Tirmidhi)

HADITH #36
Allah's Prophet (PBUH) said: "If anyone claims what is not his, he does not belong to us, and let him come to his seat in hell." (Muslim)

HADITH #37
An honest and trustworthy merchant will be with the prophets, the truthful, and the martyrs. (Tirmidhi) (Prophet Muhammad PBUH)

HADITH #38
Allah's Prophet (PBUH) said:"The best of you are those who have the best morals." (Bukhari)

HADITH #39
Among the believers who show most perfect faith are those who have best disposition and are kindest to their families. (Tirmidhi) (Prophet Muhammad PBUH)

HADITH #40
He who recites the Quran well and clearly is equal in rank to the Angels who record creation's deeds. These Angels are gracious, honourable and of lofty rank. He who finds difficulty in reciting the Quran will obtain a double reward. (Bukhari, Muslim) (Prophet Muhammad PBUH)

HADITH #41
Allah's Prophet (PBUH) said: "God has revealed to me that you must be humble, so that no one boasts over another, or oppresses another." (Muslim)

HADITH #42
Allah's Prophet (PBUH) said: "Do not consider any act of kindness insignificant, even meeting your brother with a cheerful face." (Muslim)
